1. Booking & Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel Spark Inn. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

2. Payment Terms

• •Full payment must be made at check-in unless otherwise arranged
• •We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods
• •All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• •Check-in time: 2:00 PM (Early check-in subject to availability)
• •Check-out time: 11:00 AM (Late check-out available on request)
• •Valid ID proof is mandatory at check-in

5. House Rules

• •Guests must not cause disturbance to other guests
• •No smoking inside rooms (designated smoking area available)
• •No alcoholic beverages from outside
• •Damage to property will be charged to the guest

6. Liability

Hotel Spark Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
